Ms. Harden in known for her transformations of ordinary venues into those that expand the outcome beyond the clients expectations. Events planned by Majestic Day LLC go from concept to implementation, incorporating client ideas, budgets, and completion criteria.
Janet Hall, Vice President of Majestic Day, LLC, brings her vast experience in event planning. With nearly twenty years of experience in event planning, Ms. Hall maintains a high standard of excellence in planning events from the smallest detail to managing multiple tasks and staff. She is organized, resourceful and professional.
Together she and Ms. Harden have worked on complex events that involve event management, registration, logistics planning, and sponsorship. As a team they have shared responsibilities that ended in exceptional service.
The Majestic Day LLC process contributes creative input and specialized methods of engaging attendees with greetings on site, while meeting the requirements of the client. Ms. Hardens staff includes those who understand outside of the box problem solving, focusing on details that contribute to the success of the event, including covering staggered arrivals, multi-level personnel, as well as the need for security and discretion. The client is afforded the opportunity to use Majestic Day LLC resources as a single point of contact serving as a liaison for clients with multiple locations and reporting levels.
Clients have communicated a strong appreciation for the Majestic Day LLC process that commences with an assessment, followed by a series of status meetings and a pre-conference meeting that walks clients through all of the aspects of the event. Majestic Day LLC arrives on site prior to the arrival of any vendors. This specially designed monitoring process provides methods for staying on schedule throughout the event.
